Rules and Guidelines:

​

  • Teams are invited to TECH FEST to present their respective Hardware Kit projects/Software modules.

  • The concept should be original.

  • A maximum of 2 members per team are allowed.

  • Registration form will be available on the site. Registration Fee: Rs. 200 per team

  • Spot registrations are allowed. Spot Registration Fee: Rs. 300 per team

  • Member should have thorough knowledge regarding the electronics involved in the project.

  • Team will have to explain the salient points of their projects and the technology used in front of judges.

  • If any technical fault occurs during judging process than no extra time will be awarded and team will be disqualified.

  • No components/equipment is provided in case of any damage during the process. Participants should bring their own equipment and extra components if necessary. Participants are requested to bring their own spike guard also if necessary.

  • Any team without the working module will be disqualified.

  • Contestants and all members of groups are responsible to be in the holding area 20 minutes prior to the start of the event.
