Rules and Regulation:-

Paper is supposed to be in IEEE format comprising of not more than 6 pages.
Paper must contain participants’ name, department, year, e-mail ID, contact number and college name.
Maximum of 2 members per team is allowed.
Participants are not allowed to present more than one paper.
Abstract of the paper must be sent to the gmail havana2k16@gmail.com and the subject line should be the title of the paper in .doc, .docx or .pdf format
Presentation time will be 12 minutes out of which 10 minutes is for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.
Qualified candidates are required to bring along with them one soft copy (preferably in a pen drive) and 1 hard copy of the technical paper on the day of the event.
The decision of the judges and event head shall be treated as final and binding on all.
